For searchable, text-based PDFs, we automatically remove common identifying details (such as names, dates of birth, and identification numbers) before the document is analyzed.

Scanned or image-based PDFs are pictures rather than machine-readable text, so that automatic step cannot run on them, and they are analyzed as uploaded. You control what is visible in any document you choose to upload.

Your uploaded document is deleted promptly after your report is generated. We do not keep it, and uploaded documents are never used to train any model. If generation fails, the document may remain available for a retry and is automatically deleted within 24 hours.

To produce your report, the document is processed by a third-party provider under strict data processing terms, which returns the analysis used in your report. That provider is contractually restricted from using your content for its own purposes, including model training.

We do not retain the generated report on our servers after it is delivered to you. It is shown on screen and emailed to the address you provide. A copy emailed to you remains in your email account until you delete it.

Data is encrypted in transit between your browser and our service and its providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Uploads are limited to PDF files and capped in size, and stored at unguessable, single-use links during processing. Uploads are rate-limited to prevent abuse, and professional access is gated by a code we issue.

We keep limited technical data, such as IP addresses, for a short period to operate the service, keep it secure, and prevent abuse. We do not store the contents of your uploaded document or your report in our logs.

Because uploaded documents are deleted after your report is generated, there is normally nothing left to delete. For any question, deletion request, or to report a security concern, email support@vantageiep.com.
